I was greatly impressed by the ingenuity you displayed in fixing mortise deadlocks to doors, such as that to the garden shed and the garage, where, ordinarily and, as a layman in such matters, I would have thought it to be quite impossible. Shrewsbury School’s town centre campus of approximately 100 acres is home to a large variety of buildings with many and varied access requirements. The School took the decision to install a site wide ‘master key’ system and ‘Locsafe Security Systems’ were enthusiastic from the very beginning. We were immediately allocated an account manager within their organisation who would deal with us on a ‘one to one’ basis and this has been one of the main successes of the relationship. ‘Locsafe Security Systems’ were enthusiastic about the project and challenges from the start and, with minimal site meetings and fuss, a completely new system was designed and installation started immediately. Over the intervening years all new and refurbished building projects have been incorporated into the system. Inevitably, along the way, we have come across challenges and problems that were never anticipated but none of these have become a major issue and solutions have always been found with the minimum of fuss. ‘Locsafe Security Systems’ were also very involved in many of the new build and refurbishment projects the School has undertaken over the years, specifying and installing specialist access control systems. The back up and after sales service provided has never been anything other than excellent and is no more than a local telephone call away.

Just a note to say how very pleased we are with our new gate, the quality and fitting is excellent. We were worried it might look out of place but it doesn’t and actually feels as if it has always been there. We have just been away on holiday and were glad to be able to secure the rear of the property. Extremely satisfied with the service by Locsafe. The owner put right one badly cut key which would not operate and then cut a new replacement for my Honda motorcycle. The work was quite difficult and the owner spent a good hour getting the keys working correctly. Very helpful and it was a pleasure to receive top notch service from a family run business. Will definitely use again.

When a key broke, preventing us from accessing a business critical cabinet on the Friday before the Bank Holiday I thought my world had ended. When I telephoned Locsafe at 8:45 and spoke to Dave, the service received was nothing short of superb. I emailed over the code on the lock as well as a photo of the broken key. By 10:30 I was able to collect replacement keys. Dave kept me informed at all times about the progress with identifying the lock and when keys would be available to collect. An easy 5 stars.
